ABOUT WE

Guest of Cindy Sherman, a feature documentary
New York, New York, United States
A humorous trainwreck of a documentary about an artist-turned-cable-access TV art reporter and his experience inside/out the absolutely fabulous world of the New York gallery system. Filmed in cheap video to good video over the course of 15 years, GUEST OF CINDY SHERMAN includes interviews with a veritable who's who of the art and entertainment world including Roberta Smith, Ingrid Sischy, John Waters, Robert Longo, Carol Kane, David Furnish, Danny DeVito, Molly Ringwald, Eric Fischl, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Julian Schnabel, Calvin Tomkins, Dodie Kazanjian, David Ross, Walter Robinson, Jerry Saltz, Laurie Simmons, and Cindy Sherman, etc. It's the real artworld, as fun and self-absorbed as the one you suspect exists.
